Resume for Week of Feb 1rst 2005

Okay, I decided to start posting just one resume a week – I was not getting enough resumes to do one a day.

I have worked with David Hamilton regularly over the last four years – he was responsible for managing PeopleSoft’s farm of over 600 demonstration servers. David was always ready to help out during those difficult times when resources were scarce. If I ever came in with an impossible request, like restoring a server from a demo held 4 months ago on a different release and having it ready by the next morning for a critical presentation, David always came through.

David’s experience is remarkable spanning two and a half decades in the IT industry with varied roles. He even held DoD Top Secret security clearance during the 1980’s, which is a little scary if you think about it. I know first hand about David’s work ethic – he administered the servers from Atlanta and was often appear online at 4AM Pacific and stay there until 6 Pacific (particularly during the crunch times). His dedication made it possible for us to shine in the field consistently.

David is located in Atlanta, GA and you can contact him using the information on his resume (Word and PDF format).
